This is such amazing software for payroll I do not understand why more people are not using this for their companies. It is one if not the easiest software I have ever run across and I have been using this for many years. CheckMark payroll is easy to set up and use. It provides many wage, income and deduction categories to choose from or you can set up your own. You can set up departments as well if your company uses different departments. A posting summary can be printed that will give you the accounts to use, if set up, so that you can make a journal entry in the software that you use. You can create a text file if you do payroll by ach or you can print the checks. It has the capability of emailing the check stubs to the employees as well. We have used CheckMark for many years, and have never been disappointed. For the cost of the program, I feel that it does quite a lot. I have not found another payroll program out there that does as much for the price point that it is at.

Flexible payroll program...
I really like Checkmark because you can use it as a stand alone payroll program and enter the payroll in as a journal entry with the posting summary it provides. We have changed our main software more than once, but did not have to put in the payroll information again because we do the payroll outside of our main program. Everything payroll related is included including the payroll reports and deduction details report for any deductions that are taken out of the employees checks. For deductions, you can set them up by percentage, fixed amount, put a limit on the amount, etc. It is a very flexible program for setting up payment types and deductions. Keep up the good work!

When our accountant retired, we were left scrambling to find a way to handle our payroll for around 100 employees in 4 business units with 9 locations. Luckily, we found CheckMark and never looked back! It is so flexible and saves us so much money instead of using an online service! And as a bonus we are now able to offer Direct Deposit! Its amazing how much our employees count on accurate, timely, and flexible payroll from management. With CheckMark, we definitely made the right choice - for them, and us. I have used CheckMark Payroll Software since 2013 for our company's payroll and W-2's. It is the easiest payroll program I've used. I don't need to use the customer support very often, but when I do they are very knowlegable and helpful. We pay commissions and hourly with several income categories and deduction types. Creating the tax reports through the program is very simple also. I highly recommend Checkmark Payroll and 1099 programs.

My overall assessment reflects a positive user experience for a quick learning curve for an experienced payroll user including a minor learning curve as some things don't present an "intuitive feel." I have used this software for 5 years and it has been a lifesaver. We only have around 10 employees but I can now electronically deposit payroll, print my W-2's and have excellent reports. I have used other payroll software and this is by far the easiest software that I have ever used. No complicated setup, it tracks vacation and sick leave and has easy to understand paystubs. My overall assessment reflects a positive user experience for a quick learning curve for an experienced payroll user including a minor learning curve as some things don't present an "intuitive feel." I have used CheckMark Payroll Software since 2013 for our company's payroll and W-2's. It is the easiest payroll program I've used. I don't need to use the customer support very often, but when I do they are very knowlegable and helpful. We pay commissions and hourly with several income categories and deduction types. Creating the tax reports through the program is very simple also. I highly recommend Checkmark Payroll and 1099 programs.

Flexible payroll program...
I really like Checkmark because you can use it as a stand alone payroll program and enter the payroll in as a journal entry with the posting summary it provides. We have changed our main software more than once, but did not have to put in the payroll information again because we do the payroll outside of our main program. Everything payroll related is included including the payroll reports and deduction details report for any deductions that are taken out of the employees checks. For deductions, you can set them up by percentage, fixed amount, put a limit on the amount, etc. It is a very flexible program for setting up payment types and deductions. Keep up the good work!

CheckMark payroll is easy to set up and use. It provides many wage, income and deduction categories to choose from or you can set up your own. You can set up departments as well if your company uses different departments. A posting summary can be printed that will give you the accounts to use, if set up, so that you can make a journal entry in the software that you use. You can create a text file if you do payroll by ach or you can print the checks. It has the capability of emailing the check stubs to the employees as well. We have used CheckMark for many years, and have never been disappointed. For the cost of the program, I feel that it does quite a lot. I have not found another payroll program out there that does as much for the price point that it is at.

The easiest software I have ever run across...
This is such amazing software for payroll I do not understand why more people are not using this for their companies. It is one if not the easiest software I have ever run across and I have been using this for many years. It keeps track of all taxes for you and you are able to find everything you need to fill out tax forms and track payroll weekly, monthly and year to date. I am so very thankful for CheckMark.
