Year End Tax Forms
CheckMark offers blank perforated sheets that will print W-2s like these. You could also use preprinted forms. In addition to purchasing blank perforated W-2 sheets for employee copies, the software will eFile the employer copies at no additional charge if you don't want to purchase pre-printed sets. Other Payroll-related forms- W-3, W-2 Copy A, 940, and 941s can be printed on blank paper. The IRS requires that the employee W-2 copies to be easily separable.
