How to Renew Your Membership

Follow the steps below to complete your renewal process:

  • 1. Sign In : Sign in with your registered email and password on our Sign In page. If you haven't signed in previously, use your registered email and customer number to log in. You will be prompted to set a new password, which you will use for future sign-ins.
  • 2. Purchase Renewal : Purchase your membership renewal. Complete the transaction to proceed.
  • 3. Complete Membership Renewal Form : After completing your purchase, download the Membership Renewal Form. Fill out the form accurately, read the agreement carefully, and sign it. You can return the signed form to CheckMark, Inc. by:
    • a. Fax :970.225.0611
    • b. Mail :CheckMark, Inc., 323 W Drake Rd, Ste. 100, Fort Collins, CO 80526
  • 4. Alternatively, you can electronically sign the membership form for your convenience and send it to sales@checkmark.com
