| Attention Payroll 2009/2010 for Mac/Windows Users: |

The Payroll for Mac and Windows patches, version 8.0.7, are now available. We recommend that you install the patch immediately.
Once you've downloaded and installed the patch, you should reload the state tables, if you process payroll for one of the states with changes. Refer to your user's manual, under the Help menu within the program, for information on loading state tax tables. MultiLedger users running versions 7.0, 7.1, & 7.2 can keep up to 30 months open, and then must close the year.
MultiLedger versions 7.0, 7.1, & 7.2 allow you to keep up to 30 months open. Users running on a calendar year that still showing 2008 in their period column will need to close year 2008 before entering transactions for the month of July 2010.
Information about the Close Year procedure can be found in your MultiLedger manual under the Help menu in your program and in both the Knowledge Base and Tutorials located on the support page on this site.
