Q: What are your technical support options?
A: Technical Support is included with your purchase of either version of CheckMark 1099 Software.
Q: What if I buy the 1099 Software and it doesn't work out for my company?
A: It's risk-free! We offer a no-hassle, money-back-guarantee. If our 1099 Software isn't a perfect fit, simply return it within 60 days for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping. (Please note that this guarantee only applies to software bought directly from CheckMark Inc).
Q: How easy is 1099 Software to set up and use?
A: 1099 Software is CheckMark's newest and easiest to use product. A PDF User Manual helps you navigate the user-friendly interface. You can create companies and recipients within minutes.
Q: I currently use Payroll and MultiLedger, is the 1099 Software compatible?
A: Our 1099 Software is compatible with both Payroll and MultiLedger. We have added a new "Export to 1099" button in both Payroll and MultiLedger so you can export selected 1099 recipients from our existing programs with only a few clicks.
Q: Which 1099 forms does 1099 Software process?
A: Our 1099 Software handles all variations of 1099 MISC, INT, DIV, R and S. 1099 Software also handles 1096s. We also have a "4-up" 1099-MISC that you can send to your recipients and a paperless e-file options for your submission to the IRS.
Q: Where can I purchase blank 1096 and 1099 forms?
A: You can purchase 1096s and all variations of 1099 MISC, INT, DIV, R, and S forms at www.CheckMark.com (including red copies).
Q: Do you have an option where I wouldn't need to purchase any forms?
A: Yes if you are only processing 1099-MISC forms. Simply print recipient copies on blank 4-up sheets using our built-in forms generator. Then e-file your submission to the IRS. If you are processing 1099 INT, DIV, R, and S forms, purchase 2-up pre-printed forms. Then e-file copies to the IRS.

A: Technical Support is bundled with your purchase of either version of CheckMark 1099 Software and come in two plans - Pro and Pro+. For any assistance, you will need to purchase either a Pro or Pro+ plan. Both of these are available at a discounted bundle price when purchased with your update. If you purchase an additional support plan separately, it will be at the full retail price.
